Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 30, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing the departure of Susan Rawlings-Molina, President and Chief Executive Officer of Socios Mayores en Salud Holdings, Inc. ("Holdings"), the company’s Medicare subsidiary, effective September 30, 2013, and the appointment of Carlos A. Carrero, current Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Holdings’ operating subsidiary, Socios Mayores en Salud, Inc., as her successor. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
