Item 8.01 Other Events
The Company mentioned in its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007 filed with the Commission on April 14, 2008 that it had unresolved Staff Comments pursuant to a Staff Comment Letter the Company received on March 20, 2008.
On April 15, 2008, the Company received a letter from the Staff of the Securities & Exchange Commission that the Staff has completed its review of the Form 10-K and related filings and have no further comments at this time.
We have attached a copy of the Staff Letter dated April 15, 2008 as Exhibit 99.1.
