Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 12, 2005, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting selected preliminary financial results of the Company for the twelve-weeks and fiscal year ended December 26, 2004. The Company also announced in the press release that management will be presenting at the 2005 ICR XChange on January 14, 2005. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
