Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 16, 2008, the Company announced that its common shares will be listed on the American Stock Exchange (“AMEX”) effective at market opening today under the trading symbol “HTM”. The AMEX specialist for U.S. Geothermal will be J. Streicher & Co., LLC.
The common shares of U.S. Geothermal had previously traded in the U.S. on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol “UGTH”. In addition to the AMEX listing, U.S. Geothermal continues to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “GTH”.
