On October 13, 2006, the Company issued a press release announcing it will release its financial results for the third quarter 2006 before the market opens on Tuesday, November 7, 2006. A conference call to discuss these results is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. EST (11:30 a.m. CST, 10:30 a.m. MST) on Tuesday, November 7, 2006. A link to the live internet broadcast will be available on the Company’s website at http://www.billbarrettcorp.com.
