On April 3, 2008, the Company announced it will release its financial and operating results for the first quarter 2008 before the market opens on Tuesday, May 6, 2008. A conference call to discuss these results is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. EDT (11:00 a.m. CDT, 10:00 a.m. MDT) on Tuesday, May 6, 2008. A link to the live internet broadcast will be available on the Company’s website at http://www.billbarrettcorp.com and a call-in number also is provided in the press release.
Also, on April 3, 2008, the Company announced it will participate in the Howard Weil 2008 Energy Conference to be held on April 6 through 10, 2008. Company Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Fred Barrett will present to the conference on Monday, April 7, 2007 at 2:10 p.m. CDT. Mr. Barrett’s presentation, which is dated April 2008, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and will be available on the Company’s website at http://www.billbarrettcorp.com after the market closes on Friday, April 4, 2008.
