Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 27, 2019, Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. (the “Company”), announced that James Briscoe (78), a director of the Company gave written notice that he resigned from the Company Board of Directors -effective September 23, 2019. Mr. Briscoe will continue to work with other companies in which he retains interests and with Liberty Star as a geological consultant, as such needs arise in the future.
