On January 23, 2008, the Board of Directors of Botetourt Bankshares, Inc., the holding company for Buchanan, VA-based Bank of Botetourt, voted to increase its quarterly dividend payment to $0.21 per share. The cash dividend is payable February 10, 2008 to shareholders of record on January 23, 2008. The $0.01 per share increase over last quarter’s dividend represents a 5.0% increase in the quarterly dividend payment.
