Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 18, 2019, Petro River Oil Corp. (the “Company”) began utilizing a new corporate presentation (the “Corporate Presentation”) for business purposes. A copy of the Corporate Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On June 18, 2019, the Company issued a press release providing shareholders with a corporate update and access to the Corporate Presentation. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2.
