On September 8, 2006, Stephen H. Wacknitz, the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Temecula Valley Bancorp Inc. (the “Company”) made a presentation to investors, individuals and analysts providing certain financial and operating information regarding the Company and its principal bank subsidiary, Temecula Valley Bank.
