Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 2, 2015, the registrant issued a press release relating to the presentation of new anatomic data from its IMPACT Phase II clinical trial study. The new data relate to subretinal hyper-reflective material, an anatomic biomarker for the wet form of age-related macular degeneration.
