On September 17, 2008, Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it had filed an application with Hancock County to rezone property in Diamondhead to waterfront district, as part of the Company’s plan to build a casino resort and hotel. This press release is filed as Exhibit 99.4 to this Current Report and incorporated by reference as if set forth in full herein.
