ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On April 16, 2008, Ecology Coatings, Inc. (OTC BB: ECOC) announced that a study completed by the Environmental Health Sciences Department at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine has confirmed the Ecology Coatings’ paper coatings completely inhibited the growth of the toxic black, “Strachybotrys chartarum” on wallboard. The text of this press release is being furnished as an exhibit to this report.
