Our Audit Committee has recently appointed a new independent registered public accounting firm - Silberstein Ungar, PLLC. The Form 8-K disclosing the change in our independent registered public accounting firm was filed with the SEC on February 6, 2012. The extension of the due date to file our Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended December 31, 2011 will provide additional time to ensure a smooth transition to Silberstein Ungar, PLLC.
