Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 4, 2014, NOVAGOLD RESOURCES INC. (“NOVAGOLD”) issued a press release describing an agreement between NOVAGOLD and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (“NFWF”) pursuant to which NOVAGOLD will support NFWF’s Alaska Fish and Wildlife Fund conservation initiatives designed to protect, conserve and restore fish and wildlife in Alaska.
