Explanation of Responses:

1. Ms. Anthony is the sole owner of Leone Group, LLC.

2. Ms. Anthony ceased to be an officer, director and 10% stockholder of the issuer on November 8, 2018.

3. Pursuant to a Stock Redemption Agreement, dated as of November 4, 2018, between the issuer and Ms. Anthony, Ms. Anthony transferred 4,625,000 shares of the issuer's common stock to the issuer. The consideration for the transfer was the transactions being consummated between the issuer and John Keeler & Co., Inc. d/b/a Blue Star Foods ("Blue Star"), pursuant to which the issuer acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Blue Star, and the resulting potential increase in the value of the remaining shares that Ms. Anthony continued to hold following such transaction.
