(a) Resignation of Yoav Ronen as a Director
On May 5, 2013, Yoav Ronen tendered his resignation as a director of Hotel Outsource Management International, Inc. (“HOMI”) to take immediate effect. Mr Ronen cited personal reasons, unrelated to HOMI, as being the cause of his resignation.
