Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 1, 2008, TraceGuard Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Israeli Security Agency has completed extensive testing of the Company’s CompactSafe™ system and has certified it to replace manual processes of explosive detection at international border crossings.
