Texada Ventures Inc. filed a Certificate of Change Pursuant to NRS 78.209, which will decrease the number of its authorized shares of common stock from 500,000,000 to 200,000,000 effective March 30, 2009.
Item 8.01 Other Events
Shareholders will be deemed to own one share for every 2.5 shares of common stock owned as of the record and effective date of March 30, 2009. No fractional shares will be issued. Instead, the number of shares will be rounded up to the nearest whole share. The new CUSIP number for the common stock will be 881718 308 and the new symbol will be TXVN.
