2 Application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of and permission to deal in US$600 million 4.50% convertible bonds due 2029 (the “Bonds”) of Wynn Macau, Limited (the “Company”) by way of debt issues to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited) only, as described in the offering memorandum of the Company dated 2 March 2023. The listing of and permission to deal in the Bonds are expected to become effective on 8 March 2023.
