1. The options are fully vested.

2. One sixth of the option vests over 6 months starting October 24, 2013. The remainder vests in 10 equal quarterly installments and becomes fully vested on October 24, 2016.

3. The option vests in 8 equal quarterly installments commencing on April 1, 2014 and becomes fully vested on April 1,2016.
