Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 6, 2010, Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that Ruben Martin, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Partnership’s general partner, will make a presentation at the National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships’ 2010 Annual Master Limited Partnership Investor Conference to be held on May 13, 2010 in Greenwich, Connecticut. In addition, Mr. Martin and senior management of the Partnership will present on behalf of the Partnership at the 2010 RBS High Yield Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 14, 2010.
