ITEM 9. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On July 27, 2004, Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that it plans to issue its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2004 after the market closes on Tuesday, August 3, 2004. The Partnership also announced that an investors’ conference call to review the first quarter results will be held on Wednesday, August 4, 2004, at 4:00 p.m. Central Time. A copy of the press release is furnished as an exhibit to this Current Report.
