KILGORE, Texas, July 21, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ — Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (NASDAQ: MMLP) announced today that it has declared a cash distribution of $0.61 per unit for the quarter ended June 30, 2006. The distribution is payable on August 14, 2006 to common and subordinated unitholders of record as of the close of business on July 31, 2006. The distribution remains unchanged from the distribution for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 and is 11% greater than the distribution for the comparable quarter of the prior year. The August distribution is based on the current operating performance of, and the current general economic, industry and market conditions impacting MMLP and reflects an annualized distribution rate of $2.44 per unit.
