On May 10, 2007, Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that Ruben Martin, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Partnership’s general partner, will make a presentation concerning the Partnership’s performance and growth strategies at A.G. Edwards’ Yield Conference 2007 to be held in New York City on May 15, 2007.
