Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 21, 2019, Martin Midstream Partners L.P. ("the Partnership") announced the retirement of Ron Garner as Vice President of the Partnership's fertilizer division after 29 years of service with the general partner. Mr. Garner joined Martin Resource Management Corporation in 1990 and was promoted to Vice President of Fertilizer in 1998, continuing in that role when the Partnership was founded in 2002. His retirement is effective May 31, 2019.
