On March 15, 2011, Rodobo International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its operating subsidiary in the PRC, Harbin Rodobo Dairy Co., Ltd, received its new production license for its infant formula after passing its on-the-spot inspection performed by the Heilongjiang Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
