1. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock.

2. The Restricted Stock Unit vested on April 1, 2020. Shares will be delivered within 30 days of vesting.

3. 384 Restricted Stock Units vest on July 01, 2020 and 384 Restricted Stock Units vest on October 01, 2020. SFNC shares will be delivered within 30 days of vesting. Events such as retirement, death, disability and other specified events in the agreement may result in earlier vesting.
