Item 2.02 Results of Operation
On July 28, 2016, Xplore Technologies Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company will release its financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
The Company will hold a conference call on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. ET to discuss the Company's financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016.
