Item 2.02 Results of Operation
On February 11, 2012, Xplore Technologies Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
The Company will hold a conference call on Tuesday, February 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. EST to discuss the Company’s financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2012.
