On April 30, 2015, Xplore Technologies Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal year ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
