Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On August 5, 2015, Xplore Technologies Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had retained Tom Wilkinson to act as the Company’s interim chief financial officer until the Company finds a permanent replacement for its departing CFO Michael Rapisand. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
