DragonWave Announces Election of Directors
Ottawa, Canada, June 22, 2016 - DragonWave Inc. (TSX: DWI; NASDAQ: DRWI), a leading global supplier of packet microwave radio systems for mobile and access networks, announced today that all of management’s nominees listed in the management proxy circular of DragonWave dated May 20, 2016 were elected as directors of DragonWave to hold office until the next annual general meeting of shareholders of DragonWave or until their successors are elected or appointed.
The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at DragonWave’s 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 22, 2016 are set out below.
