1. 14,410 of the ordinary shares are restricted and will vest as follows pursuant to the terms of the Company's 2007 Equity Incentive Plan: 5,669 shares on March 1, 2016, 4,503 shares on March 1, 2017, 3,057 shares on March 1, 2018 and 1,181 shares on March 1, 2019.
