Explanatory Note
This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is being filed as an amendment to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) on May 5, 2014 (the “Original Form 8-K”) to correct information included under “(Favorable) Adverse Prior Accident Year Development During the Year Ended Dec. 31, 2013” on page 18 of Exhibit 99.2 to the OriginalForm 8-K.
