Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 1, 2014, the Company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Molina Healthcare of Florida, Inc. has closed on its previously announced agreement to acquire certain assets related to First Coast Advantage’s Medicaid business.
