Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects the grant of Restricted Stock Units that convert into Common Stock, par value $0.000025 per share, of the Issuer, on a one-for-one basis. The Restricted Stock Units will vest 100% on the date of the Company's 2022 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders, subject to the director's continued service. The Restricted Stock Units are also subject to accelerated vesting upon certain events.

2. The shares are held directly by the H. Raymond Bingham Living Trust. The Reporting Person is the trustee of the H. Raymond Bingham Living Trust.
