2. Mr. Finnegan is the trustee of Glen Lake Partners Management Trust I, a general partner of Glen Lake Partners, L.P. Mr. Finnegan's wife, Mary M. Finnegan, is the trustee of Glen Lake Partners Management Trust II, the other general partner of Glen Lake Partners, L.P.
