Explanation of Responses:

1. On December 4, 2024, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that inadvertantly reported an incorrect ending shares balance for his holdings in J5D Enterprises, L.P. As reported in this amendment, the reporting persons ending balance of shares held indirectly by J5D Enterprises, L.P. is 158,491 shares. In addition, the explanation note should have stated as follows "On December 4, 2024, Mr. Juneau acquired 11,257 shares. The price reported in column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were acquired in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $12.00 to $12.25, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to Contango Ore, Inc., any security holder of Contango Ore, Inc., or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares acquired at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnote (1) to this Form 4."
