1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of ETON common stock. The restricted stock units vest in four equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter and were fully vested on June 30, 2018. Vested shares will be delivered to the reporting person after retiring from service as a director.
