Explanation of Responses:

1. The Form 4 filings filed by the reporting person during the years ended December 31, 2017, 2018 and 2019, inadvertently omitted 8,500 shares of Class A common stock of the Issuer purchased through a directed share program in connection with the Issuer's initial public offering, which closed on May 17, 2017. The reporting person is filing this Form 5 to properly reflect the amount of Class A common stock beneficially owned by the reporting person. The shares were purchased at the initial public offering price of $12.00 per share.
