On June 2, 2013, Threshold Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release regarding the announcement ofdata from two ongoing Phase 1/2 trials evaluating TH-302, an investigational hypoxia-targeted drug, at the 49th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), which is being held in Chicago, Ill., May 31 through June 4.
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
