On September 9, 2008, Threshold Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had received written communication from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel indicating that the Company had demonstrated compliance with NASDAQ’s Minimum Bid Price Requirement and will accordingly continue to be listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market.
