Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person previously indirectly beneficially owned these shares of Class A common stock through 2017 Steven S Reinemund GRAT. On March 7, 2024, 2024, the Reporting Person gifted the common stock to The Reinemund Community Property Trust, of which the Reporting Person and Gail T. Reinemund are the trustees and beneficiaries and maintain indirect beneficial ownership of such securities. As of the date of this Form 4, these securities have not been sold and remain held by The Reinemund Community Property Trust.
