1. Shares were surrendered for taxes in connection with vesting of Restricted Stock Units granted February 23, 2021.

2. Shares were surrendered for taxes in connection with vesting of Restricted Stock Units granted February 23, 2022.

3. This number includes 2,297 common shares that vested on February 23, 2024, all of which were transferred to a family trust.
