Item 2.02: Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 24, 2005, Commercial Capital Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: “CCBI”), announced its results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2005. Also on October 24, 2005, the Company held a conference call discussing those results.
