Explanation of Responses:

1. On May 29, 2015, 14,800 shares of restricted stock granted to Mr. Olson on May 29, 2014, which vest at a rate of 1/3 per year over three years, vested. Mr. Olson automatically surrendered _5,562 of the vested shares to the Company to satisfy the tax withholding obligations arising from the vesting of the restricted stock. The surrender of the shares is an exempt transaction pursuant to Section 16b-3(e) - payment of exercise price or tax liability by delivering or withholding securities incident to the receipt, exercise or vesting of a security issued in accordance with Rule 16b-3.

2. Includes 59,183 shares of unvested restricted stock.
