1. This form is being filed to correct the number of Common Shares reported on the original Form 3 as being directly owned by the Reporting Person as of January 1, 2018. This form is also being filed to correct the number of Phantom Units ESP Deferral reported in Table II of the original Form 3 as being owned by the Reporting Person as of January 1, 2018. The Reporting Person did not own any Phantom Units ESP Deferral on January 1, 2018.
