EXPLANATORY NOTE
The registrant reissued its earnings release for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012 to correct certain errors contained in the 2011 comparative numbers and one rounding error of one basis point to the 2012 allowance for loan losses to total loans ratio included in the financial presentation. Accordingly, two conforming changes were to the body of its earnings release.
