| 1. On May 18, 2017, in accordance with the Issuer's Multi-Year Outperformance Agreement, Long Term Incentive Plan Units ("LTIP Units") were issued to the Issuer's prior advisor, 5,640 of which were allocated to the reporting person and vested immediately. As a result, on May 18, 2017 the reporting person redeemed 5,640 LTIP Units in exchange for an equal number of shares of the Issuer's common stock. Terms of the LTIP Units were previously reported and described on the reporting person's Form 4 filed on April 17, 2014. |
